My "Brudder" and me!

Little Clay had his two month Dr. apt today. We found out that today this little boy weighs 15 lbs 13oz. He has managed to grow 3 inches since he was born which puts him at 24 1/2 inches. The Dr. said that he looks very healthy and was very impressed with how well he held his head up. He even gave her a smile. He got three shots (after the smile of course!) which he did not like very much. I haven't really heard him cry very hard until today. It made mommy's heart sad! He has needed a little extra cuddle time today which is ok with mommy! He is in the 75th percentile for height and weight but in the 97th percentile for head circumference. Hmmm must be the Rauch side of him! :)

Mmmmmm Looks pretty tasty doesn't it! We went to the Tempe Art Festival the other weekend and had a really good time. Wyatt LOVES corn on the cob so daddy thought it would be an excellent idea for him to tackle this baby! :)

My little two month old Elmer Fudd!

Oh little Clay, you light up my world with your happy smile! You are two months old today. You are such a sweet little guy who gives smiles so easily. You love any attention you can get even if it is just a passer by while in the swing. You are still sleeping in the swing at night because that is where you are most comfortable. You have been sleeping pretty good and the last several nights you have given mommy and daddy around 8 hours of sleep! We LOVE that! Your tummy still gives you a hard time right after you eat and you spit up a lot!!! You LOVE to be moving ALL the time. It is hard for you to get comfortable in peoples arms unless they move until you fall asleep. Daddy's chest is still pretty comfortable for you once you get in the perfect position! :) You are eating every 3-4 hours. Your tummy seems to do better when you last around 3 1/2 - 4 hours. You are wearing 6 month clothing already! You don't love sitting in your stroller but do ok in the car seat as long as we are moving of course. Your brother loves you so very much and loves to get in your face. You smile at him when he gives you a little distance otherwise I think you get a little scared. I don't blame you! :) You love your binky and I don't know what I would do without it. It is sometimes hard for you to fall asleep without it. Clay boy we love your little happy spirit and gentle eyes. You light our hearts! Happy two months my little boy, Thank you for coming into our world.
