I thought to myself "What in the world?" Then realized that the hose must have been turned on by little hands and left on the entire night! YIKES!! I opened the door and stepped outside as our sliding screen door fell of the hinges and onto my head! Oh this is a great way to start the day! Wyatt then goes and steps into a small patch of mud. "mud momma mud. Wash off mommy." "Well buddy just go stick your feet in the swimming pool that used to be our yard. That should take care of it!" "otay!" So I then go and make Wyatt a frozen waffle and think to myself "He usually gobbles one waffle down so I will make him two this morning." I toast two waffles, add a little syrup and cut them up into pieces. Wyatt sits down and the waffles are placed in front of him. "NO mommy NO!" with tears coming out of his eyes "eggies mommy eggies!" Oh my goodness! Lets just add to the waste of the day! Three eggs later he was a very satisfied boy thank goodness!!! Here is to hoping the rest of the day goes much smoother and that the city bill somehow will be washed away with everything in my yard! :)

Good Morning!
Do you ever have those mornings where you wake up and with the events of the morning wish the clock really read 7pm instead of 7am? Well, this was one of those mornings! Usually it is because Wyatt wakes up too early and fusses the entire morning, but this morning went a little different. I woke up, was immediately asked for berry milk at 6:15am and as I walked passed the windows in our kitchen I saw this.

I thought to myself "What in the world?" Then realized that the hose must have been turned on by little hands and left on the entire night! YIKES!! oh man bee......those little hands are so good at those kind of things....nothing is safe anymore!!!!....papa found cory's hose left on when we went to pick up charly....otherwise she would have been inviting you over to swim too! :-)
xoxo
that picture of wyatt is beyond sweet....just wanna grab out and hug his sweet little self!!!
oh geez.... when you mentioned the flood in your backyard this morning I really didn't envision a "lake." Thanks for not mentioning that Brody was at your house last night ;) He seems to be the constant between your accident and mine.... gulp! (even though he denies turning it on :) )
Well, *&@# happens!!!
Cute picture of innocent Wyatt!
Oh no! I hope the rest of your day didn't continue in that same direction. It was a good way to end your post with such a cute picture. That little boy is just growing up, isn't he? Have a good day :)
oh brittni...
i know these days all too well.
sometimes it helps if you can shut yourself in your bedroom and breathe.
love you sister.
Hey Cory, didn't Brody also tell you that he didn't go poopoo when two poop skids were found on my new couch??? After you left I found some little poops floating in the toilet! It must have been that little darn elf unless of course Wyatt has potty trained himself without me knowing it! :) hee hee
well who ever heard of an elf that leaves poop skids???? BUT I will say that I never did hear that lovely call out from my little guy to "wipe his bumm bumm." Therefor it the elf must exist!
oh poop skids~ motherhood is so GLAMOURS at times!!! Cute post. hope your day got better, but if not its nothing a bottle of wine cant fix.
love ya,
mandy
oh i know those mornings all too well. however, i can't blame those poop skids on anyone other than kyle. ha ha ha ha ha ha!
