Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!

Ok, or just let it keep raining! So December has been a busy month. It keeps getting closer and closer to Christmas! Usually Christmas sneaks up on us, but this year we tried to join in the festivities and soak up the season before it was to late.

Counting down the days!
Finding the perfect Christmas tree and adding it to our home!It has been a tradition ever since I was born, that every year my Grandpa gives us all ornaments. So this is a tree filled with memories of each year that has passed.

Putting our little angel on the top of the tree! Always a special time except for some reason I couldn't get it on straight and was killing Cory's back while his face was stuck in the tree!

Little Wyatt bear looking at the ornaments.

This was an exciting time for little Wyatt and Broders!

It has been so cold in the mornings yet every morning you can bet these two boys want to go play outside. So they put on their boots, coats, and occasionally their hats and off they go.

We had a fun baking day with some great friends and their kiddos. It turned into a sprinkle mess but it was so much fun! The kids decorated the cookies or should I say poured heaping piles of sugar on the cookies!

We made crunchy pretzel snowman which surprisingly turned out pretty cute. Brody just wants to eat the scarfs off of them all! Wyatt sucks the chocolate off like a sucker.Oh wait, maybe not so cute!

All the little kiddos eating cookies and cereal while watching the Grinch.

The girls at the beginning of the festivities! I should have taken a picture of everyone at the end:) It was so much fun! I really think this should be the beginning of a tradition girls!

Wyatt in his Christmas pajamas that Grandpa and Grandma Rauch gave both him and Broders. He loves to climb through this doggy door even though he knows this is a no no!

the two boys on a cold morning in their jammies doing what they love! (digging in the dirt)
Cory and the boys watching the Grinch

Friends coming over and exchanging Christmas presents. Wyatt is getting pretty good at tearing open the presents! He tore one open this morning that he wasn't supposed to!

He then decided he wanted to ride his friend Crew and threw a temper tantrum when Crew was taken from him to go home!
It has been a very good month I have to say!
Christmas will soon be here and then gone, so I will soak up as much as I can in these next two days. I hope all of you have a very merry Christmas!!!

My little football player!

Every year Cory and the guys get together for Turkey bowl. Although the last couple years have turned into flag football, the game continues on! This is the first year that Wyatt has been aware of what was going on. Oh and boy was he ready!
Ready Hike!

Who is open?

Better late then never!!

So I just wanted to post some pictures of Wyatt playing on the beach and in the ocean for the first time. Our trip was so much fun and just what we all needed! A little get away, some salty fresh air and some sand between our toes! Oh and we must not forget great family and new animal friends.

Wyatt's first feel of the cool ocean sand! I think he liked it!!Oh here comes the water!

He loved the water and didn't mind that his little legs couldn't get away from the wave fast enough or that he tripped and fell into the cold water.Daddy and Wyatt as the sun is setting on our first day.
Loving the sand and completely loving to lay on his belly and flop around like a fish to get the full effect of what it brought to his skin.
Loving spending time as a family!!
Wyatt and Papa enjoying the shamu show.
It is tough to meet all these new animals at sea world!

Wyatt loved chasing the pigeons near our hotel.
Brody and Wyatt enjoying eachothers company while walking down to the beach.
It was such a nice time! The beach was right down the steps from out hotel. The weather was cool but not too cool! Everything was perfect!!! I don't think anyone wanted to come home!
