A Special Day!

Wyatt was baptized on June 28th at St Anne's Church. It was a beautiful day full of family and friends to celebrate with. Thank you everyone for making this day so special and thank you for having such a special part in Wyatt's life. We love all of you and are so very blessed to have such wonderful people in our lives. Thank you to Casey and Alyson for being Wyatt's wonderful Godparents.

Cousin Love

Wyatt wants to do everything that cousin Brody does. He follows him everywhere he goes and wants to be everywhere that Brody is. Brody loves to peek out their new bedroom window and yell for the doggies to come to the window. Magie will jump up to the window and Brody squeals with delight! Wyatt will then squeal with delight just because Broders does!

Wyatt and Broders in the tub. Wyatt likes taking a bath with Broders until he starts splashing around, then Wyatt likes to try and make a quick exit!

They have a lot of fun together. It has been nice to have someone who entertains Wyatt so well join in the family! We are so happy for our new Roommates!

8 months old!

Wyatt has been under the weather for the past several weeks. He got sick during our camping trip which brought us home early. He started out with a cold but it has just been getting worse. So now he is getting breathing treatments each day along with an antibiotic and steroid. Not fun for a little 8 month old to have to deal with during his busy days of play! He has his follow up appointment tomorrow so we will see what they have to say. On May 24th Wyatt turned 8 months old! I can't believe what a little boy he is becoming! He loves to crawl around and if he isn't moving quit as fast as he wants to, he will act like a little spider and scurry across the floor on his hands and feet. He is a pro at pulling himself up on things and has just recently started letting go of what he is near and standing by himself for several seconds. He then bends his knees to lower himself to the ground. I am just amazed at all that he can do. He has been waving his hand for a while now but started doing it to say bye bye, not always on command. He is such a happy boy and laughs just watching other kids have fun! He is loving his new house mate and wants to follow him around every where!!!
He is so much fun and I love waking up to his changes every day! Happy 8 months little boy! We love you!!!!

A little get away!!!!

We are leaving bright and early in the morning for a weekend camping trip with the Rauch family. Yeehaaw!!! Wish us warm thoughts because it is supposed to be a little chillie! We will see what Wyatt thinks of sleeping in a tent. ( I am afraid we might not do much sleeping but we will see.) Love you all! See you when we get back!

A Perfect Day Still in My Mind!

Lasting memories
Pretty little pots
A wonderful day full of love and laughter! Thank you everyone for such a beautiful day! Thank you Jamie for such a great idea! Jamie had us each paint a pot and plant any herb we wanted. We then stood by our pots and had to pass our pots to the left. That person was then in charge of those herbs until they grew. The pot is then supposed to return to it's owner. (Jamie thought they might get extra attention this way!) I have mom's pot so I guess I better stay on top of it!!! I actually hate to admit this but it tipped over in the car on the way home. I have been nursing it ever since!!!!

A gift from Papa!!!

Papa has been spending countless weekends in his garage, with a vision of a beautiful crib for his fourth grandchild. How lucky this little boy is to have had it arrive on Saturday by the handsome hand crafter himself! Oh how exciting this is for everyone!
Isn't she a beautiful piece of art! Every bit of it hand made to perfection!
Wyatt couldn't wait to sink his gums into it! I think he was marking his territory!

Cory and Papa worked together to put the crib together so Wyatt could sleep like a king!
Here she comes!!! Oh how exciting!

Handmade and put together with love!
Oh how wonderful!!! I couldn't believe how beautiful she was! A beautiful addition to the family! Thank you Papa for all your hard work and the love you poured into this treasure. Wyatt absolutely loves it! I know this because he smiles every time he is in it, and actually reached to go back into it as I pulled him out from a nap! I love you so much and we are so grateful for all you do!!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
